Cancellation policy / return
Chnöpfli grants you the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org) about your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear written declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email), stating the reason inform. Articles that have been returned for no reason or that have not been registered will NOT be accepted. If the procedure is not followed, there is no entitlement to replacement or reimbursement.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of the withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you, minus delivery costs, at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the goods were received originally packaged, in perfect condition received by us. Chnöpfli sends all parcels free of charge, if an article is returned, the shipping costs will be charged and deducted from the amount to be paid back.
For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods 24 hours before the fourteen-day deadline. The direct costs for returning the goods are borne by you as the customer. You are obliged to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the packaging being opened. Hygiene items are generally NOT taken back.
Please note that we are not obliged by law to take back the goods. The return is based solely on the trust and goodwill of Chnöpfli. We reserve the right to refuse to take them back if this leads to a loss in value of the goods and the goods can no longer be sold.
The following hygiene products are generally excluded from exchange:
Lunch boxes, HOPERY natural cosmetics, Qaveman shaving products, safety razors, drinking bottles, pacifiers, teething rings, tooth and hair brushes
